How Courses Work

All Courses are ONLINE.

Once you purchase a course (Individual or Unlimited Access), you will have IMMEDIATE ACCESS. 

QUESTIONS ABOUT UNLIMITED ACCESS???

Question:  Are all of your courses included in the Unlimited Access Plan?
Answer:  No, text courses are excluded due to contractual restrictions.  But there are MANY courses in the plan.  To see which courses are in the plan AND approved in your state- search the catalog with your state and profession.  The Unlimited plan courses will have an orange “U” in the upper left. 

Question:  After I purchase the Unlimited plan, are there any additional fees?
Answer:  No! The $95 Unlimited plan will allow you unlimited access to those courses without any additional fees. 

Question: When does the year start/end?
Answer: You have a full year to access/take courses from the date of purchase.

Question: How often do you add new courses?
Answer: Our course library is constantly growing. Check in with us often to see new options!

Question: I want to take a course twice, can I do that?
Answer: You may take as many courses as you wish, but you may only take each course once during a year subscription cycle.

UNLIMITED ACCESS INFORMATION:

• Want Unlimited Access?? Purchase the $95/yr option FIRST. Once the purchase has been completed – you can now start adding courses. Go back to the course catalog (MAKE SURE YOU ARE LOGGED IN) and you will see that the Unlimited courses now have $0.00 prices – click Add Course next to each course you would like to take.
• Once you add the course to your account, you can click on View Account to be directed to your course or you can always click on My Account at the top right of our website to get access to your online account and courses.
• You have one year from the date of purchase to access the Unlimited course library.
• You will be able to view the course online from any device.
• You can view/print the test before accessing the course material.
• Once you are ready, you can submit your answers online for INSTANT GRADING.
• You can take the test as many times as needed to pass at no additional charge. Any question answered incorrectly, will be displayed for ease of retaking the test.
• A passing score is 70% or greater (unless state specified and stated on the Course Details page).
• Once you have passed, you will be asked to take a short survey and your CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION IS GENERATED IMMEDIATELY for you to print/save to your computer. It is also automatically emailed to you and will be saved in your account CEU History.

INDIVIDUAL COURSES DIRECTIONS:

• If you purchase an Individual course – your course can immediately be found in your account after the purchase is complete.
• You have one year from the date of purchase to complete the individual course.
• You will be able to view the course online from any device.
• You can view/print the test before accessing the course material.
• Once you are ready, you can submit your answers online for INSTANT GRADING.
• You can take the test as many times as needed to pass at no additional charge. Any question answered incorrectly, will be displayed for ease of retaking the test.
• A passing score is 70% or greater (unless state specified and stated on the Course Details page).

CE BROKER REPORTING:

• Course completion credit is automatically reported to CE Broker using our integrated software.  In order for this to work properly, you must add your license information in your user account as instructed. Our system verifies your license with CE Broker and tells you it is verified. Once you complete the course, your information is immediately transferred to CE Broker.  If you did not add your license information as instructed in your account, our system states “Will Not Report To CE Broker and your course information will not transfer/report to CE Broker. 
• AdvantageCEUs.com currently only reports courses to CE Broker when REQUIRED by the state board.  (Users can always report courses manually).
• If your state REQUIRES us to report to CE Broker, we report the results IMMEDIATELY after you complete the test.  However, it sometimes takes CE Broker 24-48 hours to post it to your online account (especially in peak season).
